Job Description
Customer Support position at Ecoturn GmbH handling B2C inquiries. Aiming for high service quality and collaboration within teams.
Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for our B2C customers for questions and concerns — by phone, email, and through our ticketing system.
- You analyze and document incoming inquiries and find solutions — quickly, professionally, and with a customer-focused approach.
- You work closely with other departments such as Sales and Back Office to ensure the best possible customer experience.
- You help improve internal processes and continuously enhance our service quality.
Requirements:
- You have some experience in customer service, preferably in the B2C sector.
- You communicate professionally, empathetically, and solution-oriented — both verbally and in writing.
- You have a good technical understanding and quickly get to grips with new tools and systems.
- You are a team player but also work independently and in a structured way.
- Excellent German skills, both written and spoken.
