Job Description

Cyberbehavior Program Manager leading behavior and change management initiatives at Smithfield Foods. Fostering a cybersecurity-aware culture and supporting strategic alignment in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead behavior and change management initiatives that promote a cybersecurity-aware culture
  • Support the development, communication, and implementation of programs that align with the organization’s cybersecurity strategic plan
  • Partner closely with the CISO, cybersecurity leadership, and the PMO to ensure cybersecurity initiatives are effectively branded, documented, and executed
  • Create and distribute targeted cybersecurity communications and content
  • Define and track key performance indicators to assess program success
  • Maintain internal cybersecurity resources and ensure organized documentation for audit and compliance
  • Collaborate with the CISO and cybersecurity leadership to coordinate projects
  • Champion initiatives that transform employee behaviors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in computer science, information technology, business, information security, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in IT, Cyberbehavior, behavior management, technical and/or creative writing, human change management; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership
  • CISSP, CISM, or CSAP certifications desired
  • Understanding and working experience in Social Cognitive Theory (SCT)
  • Experience working in a multinational company with complex integrated environments
  • Adequate knowledge of IT implementations
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Committed to continuous education and promoting cyberbehavior management
  • Critical thinker with attention to detail and a strong sense of initiative
  • Ability to understand the big picture while executing details flawlessly.
  • Respectful, approachable, and team-oriented in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
