Job Description
Dealer Sales Manager II responsible for managing market and dealer partnerships at Exeter Finance. Focused on enhancing loan growth through strong dealer relationships and effective strategy execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dealer partnerships, selling the value of Exeter’s program
- Develop and execute business strategy within assigned market that drives application and loan volume growth
- Cultivate the market identifying unsigned dealer opportunities
- Collaborate with originations and dealer services to problem solve market challenges
- Foster a collaborative culture that facilitates achievement of team goals
- Effectively communicate to develop strong partnerships with dealers enhancing dealer experience
Requirements:
- High School diploma / GED
- Three (3) plus years of successful automotive sales experience
- Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- No major incidences on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must have a professional appearance to support positive company image
- Ability to problem solve professionally and ethically
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
