Job Description
Delivery Manager responsible for leading product implementations in fintech, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction through cross-functional coordination and project tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage the delivery of multiple product implementation projects for enterprise clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients during the onboarding and implementation phases, ensuring clear communication, expectation setting, and satisfaction.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to deliver on time and within scope.
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
- Work closely with product, engineering, service, and sales teams to align deliverables and remove roadblocks.
- Define and refine implementation methodologies, templates, and best practices for consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Provide regular status updates and metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor junior implementation managers or coordinators to ensure high standards of execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in project/program/delivery management with a focus on product implementation or client onboarding.
- Proven track record of delivering complex product implementations for enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project).
