Job Description

Demand Generation Manager responsible for leading campaigns to drive pipeline growth in B2B SaaS environment. Collaborating with teams for effective campaign execution and tracking results.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth
  • Execute integrated campaigns across:
  • Paid search
  • Paid social
  • Display & retargeting
  • Email
  • Events & partnerships
  • Assist in building and optimizing lead nurture programs to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing on campaign messaging and assets
  • Track campaign performance and analyze results to inform future improvements
  • Help manage marketing automation workflows and maintain data accuracy in HubSpot and CRM systems
  • Assist with budget tracking and campaign spend optimization
  • Contribute to testing new growth channels and tactics

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (demand gen, growth, or similar)
  • Experience supporting campaigns that drive pipeline and measurable results
  • Familiarity with:
  • Paid media
  • Email marketing
  • Marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
  • Experience with tools such as:
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • E-commerce or marketing tech experience is a plus
