Job Description

Digital Marketing Assistant supporting client onboarding and social media management while refining operational processes. Seeking proactive individuals in the Philippines during US Arizona Mountain Timezone.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative: Operations & Systems SOPs and Workflows: Refine and optimize standard operating procedures for podcast guest onboarding, client onboarding, and proposal delivery.
  • Marketing: Content & Campaigns Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across client social media accounts (Reels, static posts, Stories, etc.).
  • Client Management: CRM & Acquisition GoHighLevel (GHL) Management: Manage Veronica’s CRM by adding leads, updating data, and applying accurate tagging.

Requirements:

  • GoHighLevel Expertise: Intermediate to advanced experience with GHL (CRM, tagging, and integrations) is a must.
  • Canva Proficiency: Ability to create high-quality social media assets and presentations.
  • Organizational Mastery: Strong ability to refine and follow SOPs with high attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written English for drafting client emails and coordinating with leadership.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing funnels, and social media algorithms.
  • Availability: Must be able to work 10 hours per week during US Arizona Mountain Timezone hours.
