Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager developing and managing digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness and engagement. Collaborating with teams and optimizing strategies across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media ads, etc.) across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Lead search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and ensure website content is optimized for SEO best practices.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies, including content planning, audience engagement, and paid social campaigns.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective segmentation, personalization, and measurable results.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work with internal teams (designers, developers, content creators, sales) to ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns and brand consistency.
  • Contribute to the development of content strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with the brand’s tone and goals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in managing and analyzing ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
