Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager leading B2C marketing strategy and driving brand growth for a frontier AI data foundry. Overseeing campaign management, market research, and brand communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Set our crowdsourcing platform’s B2C Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with brand and business goals.
  • Lead Market Research Initiatives: Conduct and oversee market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Create Content Strategy and Calendar: Develop and manage an ongoing content strategy and calendar to ensure consistent and engaging brand messaging.
  • Manage Paid Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee Marketing Budget: Work closely with leadership to manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively.
  • Track and Optimize Campaigns: Partner with the Data and Analytics team to monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations.
  • Suggest and Implement New Communication Channels: Proactively identify and integrate new channels to enhance brand communication.
  • Collaborate with Community and Reputation Management Teams: Ensure consistent brand communication standards across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee Brand Design and Direction: Guide the brand's visual and strategic direction to maintain a cohesive and impactful presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of B2C marketing strategies and market research methodologies.
  • Expertise in content creation, paid media management, and budget oversight.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
