Job Description
French-speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst moderating social media content for a global platform. Evaluating policy violations and improving online safety systems with international teams.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate content across social media channels to ensure adherence to safety policies and community standards
- Analyze complex reports of policy violations, including harassment, misinformation, and graphic content
- Collaborate with international teams to refine safety protocols and escalation procedures
- Provide high-quality resolutions to user queries in French
- Identify emerging trends in platform abuse and provide data-driven insights to improve user trust and safety systems
- Participate in regular strategy sessions to ensure consistent policy enforcement across global social media markets
- Handle sensitive data confidentially and with attention to detail
Requirements:
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport (mandatory)
- Passion for social media trends and a strong interest in digital ethics and platform safety
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make objective, policy-based decisions
- Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with your international colleagues
