Job Description
Portuguese-speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst moderating content for a global social media platform. Investigating policy violations and improving online safety operations from Sofia, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate social media content to ensure compliance with global community standards
- Investigate and resolve reports regarding policy violations to maintain platform integrity
- Identify emerging trends in digital safety to protect users from harmful content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine safety protocols within the social media ecosystem
- Document complex cases with precision, ensuring high-quality standards in every decision made
- Maintain a deep understanding of cultural nuances relevant to the Portuguese-speaking markets
- Provide proactive feedback on system tools to improve efficiency in safety operations
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in English for professional business communication
- Valid EU passport (mandatory for this relocation opportunity)
- Previous experience in moderation, customer support, or digital analysis is an asset for Portuguese-speaking jobs
- Strong ability to handle sensitive content with professional resilience and emotional intelligence
- Proven track record of analytical thinking and attention to detail
