Job Description

Director of Growth Marketing at Redirect Health scaling awareness and engagement for affordable healthcare. Driving data-driven marketing strategies with a focus on growth and cost transparency

Responsibilities:

  • Own: Paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, managing a ~$100K/month budget
  • Support: Full-funnel growth initiatives across traffic, conversion, nurture, and sales enablement
  • Collaborate with: Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to ensure aligned messaging and accurate attribution
  • Improve: Visibility into CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel performance through clear, actionable dashboards
  • Advocate for: A data-driven, customer-first approach that balances growth, efficiency, and long-term value

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or demand generation (B2C or B2B2C preferred)
  • Proven success scaling paid acquisition at $100K+/month spend
  • Expertise with Meta and Google Ads, funnel analytics, and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
  • Deep understanding of attribution, ROAS modeling, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or subscription models is a plus
