Job Description
Director of Implementation at Keebler Health managing platform delivery for provider and payer partners. Leading cross-functional teams to implement healthcare technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for newly signed customers, from contract signature through go-live and handoff to account management.
- Translate commercial agreements, clinical requirements, and data realities into clear implementation plans and executable workflows.
- Lead and coordinate engineers, data teams, and clinical stakeholders to design and build customer-specific implementations.
- Serve as the primary implementation lead and decision-maker for customers, establishing credibility with provider and payer operational, technical, and clinical leaders.
- Define and own implementation outcomes by setting clear success criteria, timelines, and milestones aligned with business and customer goals.
- Make tradeoff decisions across scope, sequencing, and technical approach to ensure timely delivery without sacrificing quality or safety.
- Develop and refine repeatable implementation patterns, tooling, and best practices to improve speed, quality, and scalability over time.
- Identify implementation risks early and proactively resolve blockers across product, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Clinical leadership to continuously improve how Keebler Health delivers value to customers.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, technical delivery, or related roles in high-growth healthcare technology environments.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, customer-facing healthcare technology solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience owning delivery outcomes—not just project execution—including customer go-live success and value realization.
- Strong ability to mold ambiguous customer needs into a clear, technical and operational plan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
- High sense of accountability to communicate and take honest ownership over wins and losses for both senior leadership and customer stakeholders.
