Job Description
Director of Marketing developing ABM strategies for a fintech company. Leading marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer and top of funnel motion
- Audit current tools and headcount needs
- Deliver a prioritized roadmap for the future of Clutch marketing
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and cadence with Sales
- Recruit and hire key roles
- Implement a scalable ABM playbook to drive top of funnel within key accounts
- Establish a growth marketing engine that will drive expansion
- Refine our demand gen and content marketing
- Create consistent cadence between Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment on programs
- Partner closely with sales leadership to define target accounts and execute on account plans
- Build multi channel highly personalized campaigns across digital, content, events, and field marketing
- Improve our event strategy measured by efficiency
- Manage marketing technology, data, and reporting to continuously optimize performance
- Drive measurable improvement in awareness, engagement, and ultimately conversion metrics
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with direct ownership of ABM and revenue outcomes, ideally in fintech
- Analytical, revenue-driven, and accountable for results
- Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Strong collaborator who thrives with tight alignment with sales
- Experience partnering directly with sales leadership
- Experience owning marketing ops, attribution, and tooling decisions
- Comfort operating in early-stage or build-from-scratch environments
