Job Description
Director of Operations for Salesforce's Missionforce Customer Success Group, revolutionizing U.S. national security operations with AI-powered workflows. Leading complex projects and managing executive communications in a high-growth business segment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison and coordinator across cross-functional projects
- Develop detailed program plans, including scope, schedule, and budget,
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate complex cross-program risks
- Manage rhythm of business, executive communications, and key global initiatives
- Develop and present status reports, risk assessments, and technical recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Provides leadership, support, and guidance to the team
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience managing complex project implementations or leading successful Agile development teams.
- 5+ years in a significant people leadership role directly managing and mentoring high-performing teams
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to drive process improvements
- Agility and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Foundation in the Salesforce platform, ideally backed by Salesforce certifications
