Job Description
Director of Revenue Marketing at LiveKit, building and scaling marketing strategies for B2B sales. Leading a team to drive high-quality pipelines aligned with revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team
- Partner with sales leadership on field marketing programs
- Own strategy and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns
- Establish a reporting framework for marketing’s impact on revenue
- Collaborate with product and data teams for lead scoring
- Develop an account-based marketing strategy for enterprise accounts
- Act as a strategic link between marketing and sales
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3–4 years managing a team
- Led field marketing teams aligned to regional sales targets
- Hands-on experience running digital demand generation campaigns
- Fluent in metrics that matter in revenue marketing
- Understanding of PLG/self-serve motions
- ABM experience is a plus
- Experience in hiring and developing marketers
- Comfortable setting strategy and executing
