Job Description

Channel Marketing Manager driving North American ERP partner pipeline for Traild’s AI-powered finance automation SaaS. Owning co-marketing, events, webinars, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Own North America co-marketing with ERP platforms, resellers, and implementation partners
  • Execute joint webinars, roadshows, partner onboarding campaigns, and co-branded activations to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
  • Build and maintain partner toolkits with pitch decks, social assets, email templates, and value proposition materials
  • Plan and execute the North America event calendar, including sponsorships, booth design, lead capture, follow-up, and pipeline reporting
  • Run partner co-hosted webinars from planning and speaker preparation through promotion, execution, and performance analytics
  • Develop and deliver internal enablement for North America sales and channel representatives
  • Build relationships with partner marketing contacts at priority North America ERP platforms and VARs
  • Secure co-marketing commitments and run mutually beneficial partner activations
  • Track and report channel program and event performance against pipeline outcomes
  • Recommend investment and reduction opportunities based on performance data
  • Communicate results to North America sales leadership and the broader marketing team
  • Report to the Head of Marketing in Australia within a distributed global marketing team

Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or tech, with meaningful experience in partner, channel, or field marketing
  • End-to-end event ownership, including user groups and conferences across multiple states
  • Experience with event strategy, logistics, booth execution, lead capture, and post-event follow-up
  • Experience running co-marketing programs with technology partners, VARs, or implementation partners
  • Ability to convince partners to commit resources to joint activity
  • Strong project management and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and partners across time zones
  • Clear communication and ability to develop messaging and materials for internal and external audiences
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to track influenced pipeline and report on program ROI
  • Series A to Series C SaaS company experience is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of the finance or accounting software landscape is a plus
