Job Description

Director of Sales Operations at TEVET managing sales metrics and collaborating across departments. Mentoring inside sales representatives and ensuring effective CRM tool usage.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive all sales metrics at TEVET
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, IT, and Account Managers
  • Mentor inside sales representatives and ensure CRM adoption
  • Create metrics and provide data for decision making
  • Manage, coach and mentor inside sales team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years working with data driven metrics, analysis and reporting
  • Formally trained in a leading CRM and selling system, Sandler Training preferred
  • 10 years of experience as a Director of Sales Operations in the Technology sector preferred
  • Experience working in the Defense and Energy sectors a plus
