Job Description
Director leading AI and automation strategy for ICUC, a global social media solutions provider. Building scalable client-service automation across community management, insights, monitoring, and social listening.
Responsibilities:
- Own ICUC's automation and AI strategy as it applies to products and service delivery
- Evaluate, pilot, and select tools and technologies for community management, strategy, insights, monitoring, and social listening
- Define a standardized, scalable automation blueprint for ICUC's service offerings
- Build reporting infrastructure to measure automation impact, including efficiency gains, quality, and margin
- Treat automation and AI capability as a product to be designed, tested, and iterated
- Partner with Operations, Product Marketing, and Growth on go-to-market positioning and messaging
- Collaborate with Marketing on brand and content strategy
- Drive adoption of new tools and workflows across delivery, operations, and client success teams
- Represent automation and AI strategy at the leadership table
- Build and champion ICUC's company-wide "AI-enabled, human-powered" narrative
- Mentor and influence teams across the business to build automation literacy and confidence
Requirements:
- Proven experience building or scaling a product, automation, or AI/technology strategy function, ideally within a services, agency, or martech environment
- Track record of taking automation or AI capability from concept to measurable operational impact
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with social media, community management, or social listening platforms is a strong asset
- Experience navigating reporting and data limitations of enterprise martech platforms and building workarounds or systems to close those gaps
- Product-innovation mindset
- Ability to build structure and process as a founding leader in a new function
