Job Description

Director of Product Marketing leading commercialization strategies for Raintree's SaaS product offerings. Collaborating across functions to drive product growth and market positioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing stakeholder for commercialization strategy and alignment on all planned releases, including opportunities, roadblocks, timelines, roles/responsibilities, outcomes, and reporting.
  • Research, develop, and validate compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Translate technical features into clear and impactful benefits for customers, creating marketing messaging themes for regular release showcases and large industry events.
  • Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and competitive research and leverage the analysis to inform product messaging and positioning to drive growth.
  • Lead product launches from planning through execution, ensuring successful product releases and driving measurable results.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving product growth and revenue.
  • Ability to build, manage, and influence relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and compelling messaging.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
