Job Description
Director of Revenue Enablement building and scaling enablement programs at Webflow, focusing on exceptional revenue talent and operational excellence in a high growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and Evolve Revenue Enablement Programs
- Build and Lead a High-Impact Enablement Team
- Bring Operational Rigor to a Fast-Paced Environment
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in enablement, training, learning and development, or revenue operations.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling enablement programs in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, coaching frameworks, and adult learning principles.
- Hands-on experience owning or implementing revenue enablement technology (e.g., sales enablement platforms, Gong or similar coaching tools).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and RevOps.
