Job Description

Revenue Manager driving hotel revenue performance and implementing strategies for Shaner Hotels. Collaborating with hotel teams to identify revenue opportunities and monitor performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with Shaner Hotels properties to maximize room revenue and profitability
  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies, procedures, and best practices
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitive positioning to identify revenue opportunities
  • Monitor pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to optimize hotel performance
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and performance analyses
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership teams to ensure revenue strategies align with property goals
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members across all levels of the organization
  • Continuously evaluate performance and recommend adjustments to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Revenue Management
  • Current knowledge of and experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and independent hotel reservation and yield management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think both strategically and creatively
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer applications and reporting tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for driving results
