Job Description
Director of Revenue Operations building Qventus’s revenue engine. Unifying forecasting, GTM systems, pipeline, and analytics for AI-powered healthcare operations.
Responsibilities:
- Build the operating system behind Qventus’s revenue engine
- Own end-to-end forecasting methodology, cadence, and accuracy
- Architect the pipeline funnel, stage exit criteria, governance, and velocity/conversion analytics
- Design and maintain territory, quota, and compensation models across the AVP team and multiple product lines
- Establish deal desk and pricing operations with Sales and Finance
- Own GTM data architecture, governance, and the single source of truth across the revenue stack
- Deliver GTM analytics and executive and board reporting
- Own the GTM systems roadmap, including Salesforce, Gong, Circleback, build, consolidation, and automation decisions
- Oversee Salesforce, Gong, and Circleback administration, KPI packs, and recurring reporting
- Serve as the neutral operating partner across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Define lead qualification and handoffs, data flows, and end-to-end measurement
- Report directly to a neutral revenue owner and shape the Revenue Operations function
Requirements:
- 5 - 8+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record building RevOps from zero, including forecasting, pipeline architecture, and data models
- Demonstrated ownership and defense of forecast accuracy and methodologies
- Deep hands-on Salesforce expertise in the object model and reporting
- Data fluency sufficient to identify inaccurate data
- Strong analytical skills across pipeline, conversion, and cycle-time analysis
- Fluency in SQL or a modern BI stack
- Experience designing territory, quota, and compensation models for a multi-segment or multi-product sales organization
- Proven ability to influence across sales, marketing, and customer success without direct authority
- AI fluency and hands-on use of AI tooling to automate reporting and operational work
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong presence in front of executives and board-level audiences
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, setting priorities, and defining scope
