Job Description

Non-Profit Support Donation Specialist handling inbound calls for donation support. Supporting a diverse range of nonprofit organizations with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls for donation support

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent phone and people skills
  • Intermediate PC proficiency
  • Flexible and a team player
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Contact center experience is a plus

Benefits:

  • Inbound phone work: $0.20 - $0.32 per talk minute depending on the project
  • Experienced call agents can earn up to $0.35 per talk minute
  • Additional opportunities in email, ticket, and chat support with varied pay rates
