Non-Profit Support Donation Specialist handling inbound calls for donation support. Supporting a diverse range of nonprofit organizations with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls for donation support
Requirements:
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Excellent phone and people skills
- Intermediate PC proficiency
- Flexible and a team player
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Contact center experience is a plus
Benefits:
- Inbound phone work: $0.20 - $0.32 per talk minute depending on the project
- Experienced call agents can earn up to $0.35 per talk minute
- Additional opportunities in email, ticket, and chat support with varied pay rates
