Job Description
Analista de Operações Júnior validando pedidos, prescrições e documentos clínicos. Encaminhamento e acompanhamento de pedidos para ampliar o acesso sustentável a medicamentos.
Responsibilities:
- Review orders, prescriptions, medical reports, and other documents required for service fulfillment.
- Validate order eligibility according to the rules established by the client’s program.
- Assess technical aspects related to medications, prescriptions, and documentation.
- Approve, reject, or request additional information for orders according to defined criteria.
- Forward approved orders to partner distributors.
- Track order status and address pending issues, delays, or delivery problems.
- Keep operational records and controls up to date, ensuring order traceability.
Requirements:
- Technical training in Nursing or Pharmacy.
- Knowledge of medications, prescriptions, medical orders, and clinical documentation.
- Ability to interpret and validate technical order information.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and operating systems.
