Job Description
Ecommerce and Mobile App Content Specialist at cannabis company Trulieve. Managing AEM content, QA testing, releases, and mobile UX optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update content across the mobile app and supporting website workflows using the app CMS and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Author, review, publish, and QA app content including product information, imagery, banners, promotions, announcements, and business updates
- Coordinate and execute day-to-day mobile app content changes to support marketing initiatives, ecommerce priorities, and operational updates
- Perform QA testing on app pages, content updates, releases, and new features to identify bugs, formatting issues, broken links, and content errors
- Partner with digital marketing, ecommerce, product, UX, and creative teams to support feature rollouts, enhancements, and promotional campaigns
- Apply mobile-first UX best practices to content structure, layout, and presentation to improve usability and customer experience
- Monitor in-app user behavior, engagement, and performance metrics to identify content and UX optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to ensure assets are properly sized, optimized, and implemented for mobile app placement
- Support app enhancements, feature migrations, and new content rollout processes from a content readiness and QA perspective
- Ensure all content meets brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and app store requirements
- Provide day-to-day coordination and guidance for mobile app content updates, including working with AEM content authors as needed
- Maintain documentation for app content workflows, publishing standards, and QA processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, relevant certifications, or equivalent practical experience in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Mobile UX, Web/App Content, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience managing content for mobile apps, ecommerce platforms, or mobile-first digital experiences
- Hands-on experience authoring and publishing content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar enterprise CMS
- Experience supporting app content updates, QA testing, and release coordination in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to identify content, formatting, and UX issues before release
- Solid understanding of mobile-first UX principles, accessibility standards, and content best practices
- Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools
- Working knowledge of basic HTML and SEO considerations for mobile and app environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and content review
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally while owning execution of assigned work
