Job Description
Auxiliar de E-commerce da PRINCIPIA, empresa com operação em São Paulo. Prestando suporte de pré e pós-venda por WhatsApp, Instagram e Facebook.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pre- and post-sale support and customer service through an online platform
- Respond to customers who send messages through social media channels, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Portuguese
