Job Description

Technical Services Engineer responsible for supporting eDiscovery applications and infrastructure in a remote-first environment. Join a technology advisory firm dedicated to smart architecture and strategic insight.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and support of eDiscovery applications and their infrastructure
  • Perform monthly windows updates, ESXi host upgrades, Unity upgrades, and Dell host firmware updates
  • Support Relativity, NUIX, Reveal, Cloud Nine, and iPro software suites
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring client environments
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the software application catalogue and customer needs
  • Create and edit documentation of internal processes
  • Communicate with customers regarding incident progress and changes
  • Enter work as service tickets into ConnectWise and manage a daily schedule.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of and supporting eDiscovery applications including Relativity, Cloud Nine LAW/Explore, NUIX, iPro, Reveal AI, Brainspace
  • Strong understanding of the features and abilities of each application
  • Solid understanding of application requirements and infrastructures
  • Relevant training and certifications for supported software and hardware
  • Knowledge of monthly windows updates, ESXi host upgrades, Unity upgrades, and hardware firmware updates
  • Experience deploying Qualys jobs and creating Virtual Machines
  • Support knowledge with eDiscovery applications on both the frontend and backend
  • Experience with Cisco routing and switching, Dell Hardware and Software
  • Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Desktop setups, including AppSense, XenDesktop, XenApp
  • Ability to travel to data centers and onsite when needed.
