Job Description
Email Marketer handling end-to-end ownership of Klaviyo campaigns, driving revenue through email marketing strategies and A/B testing.
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, deliverability)
- Continuous A/B testing (subject lines, copy, offers, timing, segments)
- Monthly newsletters + promotional sends
- Coordination with internal team for launches, promos, and sales
- Deliverability monitoring and list health management
- Clear reporting on revenue, engagement, and performance
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of working experience in email marketing.
- Proven experience driving revenue via email (not just engagement)
- Strong copy instincts + testing discipline
- Understands deliverability, warming, and list hygiene
- Self-directed and outcome-driven
