Job Description
Email Marketing Specialist managing impactful email marketing campaigns for a dynamic e-commerce pet brand. Crafting high-converting strategies and optimizing engagement with creative freedom.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and execute high-converting email marketing strategies.
- Set up, optimize, and manage automated email flows and campaigns (with the help of an email marketing VA for repetitive tasks).
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine email strategies to maximize engagement and revenue.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey through personalized and targeted email communication.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in email marketing for D2C e-commerce brands
- Expertise in Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation, A/B testing, etc.)
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills. Other languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and interpreting email marketing metrics
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results.
- Expertise in the latest AI tools
