Job Description
Engagement Director at Sellers Dorsey overseeing large healthcare transformation engagements. Leading complex programs with a focus on SaaS implementations and strategic consulting in Medicaid.
Responsibilities:
- Own the overall client relationship and serve as the primary executive leader responsible for engagement success
- Lead executive-level discussions with confidence and authority
- Provide senior oversight for large-scale SaaS deployment while delegating execution to delivery leads
- Manage engagement financial health and commercial decision-making
- Anticipate and manage risks driven by executive misalignment, policy dynamics, and organizational behavior
- Ensure sustained adoption and value realization by reinforcing leadership intent across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent graduate degree)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, engagement leadership, or large-scale program delivery in the Healthcare sector
- Healthcare SaaS experience preferred
- PMP, PgMP or equivalent is strongly preferred
- Prosci or equivalent required
- Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery certifications required
- Advanced user of Smartsheet
- High proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint / OneDrive
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite of products
