Job Description
Engineering Manager overseeing automation framework development and refactoring systems for Jerry.ai. Leading a team in the transition to scalable architectures and AI-powered tools.
Responsibilities:
- Evolve automation systems into a robust, fault-tolerant framework
- Lead incremental refactoring of automation systems
- Design and implement new standards and ensure system predictability and testability
- Use AI-first approach to build next generation internal tools
Requirements:
- Experience as a lead architect or company founder
- Strong knowledge in TypeScript, Nest.js, React
- Experience with AWS services like ECS/EKS and Lambda
- Expertise in GraphQL
- Familiarity with asynchronous state management and real-time system reliability
