Job Description

Enterprise Account Director responsible for managing Fortune 250 accounts and leading expansion cycles in business automation. Collaborating with executives in a trusted advisor capacity for customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a focused list of enterprise target accounts (e.g., Fortune 250 / largest Intune and ConfigMgr estates) from first engagement through closed-won and expansion.
  • Lead complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders (security, endpoint management, infrastructure, procurement, finance).
  • Drive new logo acquisition and device growth in enterprise accounts, including multi-year agreements where appropriate.
  • Partner with the CEO/CTO to set up and lead executive-level meetings that explore customer needs, industry direction, and Patch My PC’s roadmap.
  • Build and maintain account plans for each strategic account, including org maps, opportunity maps, risk plans, and expansion paths.
  • Run structured QBRs and executive touchpoints with key customers.
  • Ensure a high-quality hand-off and ongoing collaboration with Customer Success to drive adoption, satisfaction, and renewals.
  • Work closely with Channel Partner Managers and strategic partners (resellers, MSPs, distributors) on co-selling, deal registration, and joint account planning.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and the CRO to execute ABM plays targeting top enterprise accounts and key personas (CISO, VP Infrastructure, Endpoint Management leaders, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS account management and/or enterprise sales, with at least 3+ years selling into large enterprises or Global 2000.
  • Experience selling into IT infrastructure / security / endpoint management (e.g., Intune, ConfigMgr, SCCM, EDR, device management, or adjacent spaces).
  • Proven track record of managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and procurement cycles, and closing six-figure+ ARR opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate credibly with technical audiences (e.g., endpoint engineers, systems admins) and senior IT/security leaders.
  • Strong account planning, multi-threading, and forecasting skills.
  • Comfort in a builder role—you enjoy shaping process, playbooks, and motions in a scale-up environment.

Benefits:

  • 401k Match: Match 200% of contributions up to the first 5% of salary, resulting in a total potential match of 10%.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: Patch My PC covers 99% of premiums for both team members and dependents.
  • Other Benefits: FSA/HSA.
  • Fertility benefits.
  • Parental leave.
  • Paid-time off (PTO).
  • Volunteer leave.
  • Charitable donation matching.
  • Tuition reimbursement.
  • Gym membership reimbursement.
  • Internet stipend.
  • Pet insurance.
