Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive focusing on SaaS sales in Buenos Aires. Building relationships, negotiating deals, and identifying revenue opportunities for Simetrik.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular in-person client visits, ensuring consistent on-site engagement and relationship building.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on additional revenue opportunities within the existing customer base through cross-selling and upselling.

Requirements:

  • B2B SaaS sales experience in the SOLA region (based in Buenos Aires, Argentina).
  • Strong overall sales expertise.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, persuade, and negotiate large enterprise deals.
  • Ability to effectively manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • A true “closer” with a track record of leading complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a strong drive for continuous growth and improvement.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
