Job Description
Account Executive selling Identity Security Solutions for SailPoint. Collaborating with teams to deliver sales wins and customer success in the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
- Effectively address customer’s and partner’s unique inquiries
- Develop business plans aligning with assigned territory
- Strategically engage with customers and partners for high customer service
- Collaborate with marketing for executing marketing plans
- Pursue and ensure updated leads in internal systems
- Lead technical resources to demonstrate advantages to customers
- Follow-up with customers and post-sale team
- Own the sales cycle, including all aspects from qualifying to closing
Requirements:
- Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls analyzing prospects’ needs to qualify an opportunity
- Highly proficient in understanding and presenting the value of SailPoint solutions compared to competitors
- Provide superior customer experience from the first discovery call
- Leverage skills in competitively positioning solutions and broader value propositions
- Lead a virtual team of resources to deliver sales wins and customer success
- Act as a quarterback; prepare the team on needed engagements
- Create a territory or opportunity plan for sales cycles
- Work closely with leadership team to refine sales strategies
