Job Description

Enterprise Sales Executive driving growth in Italy for critical risk management platform. Engaging high-risk industries to improve safety and prevent fatalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead growth across Italy
  • Build relationships with executive level decision-makers and operational leaders in high-risk and operational industries
  • Identify, open and progress new opportunities with focus and persistence
  • Act as a credible and commercially-minded voice in conversations around safety, risk and operational improvement
  • Tell compelling stories that connect risk, behaviour and outcomes
  • Work closely with product and delivery teams to shape solutions for complex client environments
  • Operate effectively in a global remote business and across time zones when needed

Requirements:

  • Strong exposure to high-risk and operational industries through sales, operations, safety, engineering, consulting or other relevant roles
  • Good understanding of the safety realities of complex industrial or field-based environments
  • Commercial drive and the ability to create momentum, open doors and move opportunities forward
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and building trust across both executive and operational audiences
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex subject matter in a clear and credible way
  • A proactive, resourceful approach and comfort working with a high level of autonomy
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Willingness to travel within Italy and across the region as needed
  • Flexibility to work in a global remote team, including some regular meetings outside standard local business hours
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS sales will be advantageous
