Job Description
ERP Project Manager leading complex ERP projects in manufacturing for Proalpha Group. Responsible for scope, time, budget, and quality with client organizations and management.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership: As the person responsible for scope, schedule, budget and quality, you confidently lead projects through all phases.
- Control: Through consistent management of status, scope and change requests, you drive sound decision-making and transparent progress.
- Collaboration: Through engagement with client organizations and executive management, you secure clear alignments and binding next steps.
- Methodology: Using the proALPHA project methodology, you strengthen structure, transparency and reliability across the entire process.
- Communication: You connect all stakeholders and keep the project team focused and aligned.
Requirements:
- Project management qualification, complemented by a recognized certification
- Proven leadership of complex ERP projects in the manufacturing industry, including international environments
- Deep process understanding in production, logistics and finance, and confident use of project management tools
- Structured and decisive working style with a clear focus on on-time and on-budget delivery
- Very good German skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment
