Job Description
Leads multi-state virtual programming delivering exceptional client experience. Ensures high-quality care and compliance within Guidelight Health's virtual Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs.
Responsibilities:
- The Virtual Executive Director leads Guidelight Health’s multi-state virtual programming with vision, operational excellence, and a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
- This role ensures high-quality care, compliance with all regulations, and effective business performance across virtual Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP).
- Oversee day-to-day operations across time zones, balancing clinical, operational, and administrative priorities and requirements.
- Build and sustain a strong virtual team culture that emphasizes accountability, inclusivity, and collaboration.
- Provide oversight and clinical supervision for all virtual program clinicians, ensuring adherence to Guidelight standards, treatment protocols, and best practices.
- Ensure programs comply with federal, state, and payer requirements for virtual behavioral health delivery.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
- Must reside in and be willing to work Mountain Standard Time (MST).
- Must hold an active license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC) in CO with at least 3 years post-independent practice and be willing/able to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical virtual care management or program leadership.
- Proven track record in visionary leadership, strategic planning, and adept team management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency with virtual care platforms, EMR/CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills with ability to represent Guidelight to internal and external stakeholders.
