Job Description
Sr Director IT Business Enablement responsible for technology roadmaps and strategic alignment for Cytiva Manufacturing & Quality. Leading initiatives for operational excellence and innovation throughout enterprise IT.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic IT partner to Manufacturing and Quality leadership
- Define, govern, and evolve the Manufacturing and Quality technology roadmap
- Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of strategic technology initiatives
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement through emerging technologies
- Provide enterprise leadership across the Manufacturing and Quality IT portfolio
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field is required
- A secondary degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline is strongly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management or general leadership role
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed, global organization
