Job Description
Facilities Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of commercial assets at JLL. Overseeing maintenance, compliance, and improvement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise site performance
- Manage Opex and Capex budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures
- Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including preventative and corrective maintenance programs
- Manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules using JLL's Prism system
- Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee tenant move-ins, fit-outs, and move-outs
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in commercial property management (office / industrial)
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Crisis management and conflict resolution skills
