Job Description

Seeking a Field Marketing Manager for VulnCheck to support event marketing across U.S. and international markets. Responsible for logistics, coordination, and execution of regional ABM programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of approved event strategies and plans.
  • Handle administrative and logistical tasks for field events, ensuring timelines, checklists, and deliverables are tracked and completed.
  • Support hands-on execution for U.S.-based regional events, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics as needed.
  • Assist with execution support for international events as programs expand, following established strategy and direction.
  • Partner with Sales to plan and execute regional ABM events to help accelerate pipeline and close revenue.
  • Support early-stage international field event efforts (EMEA and APAC) through vendor research, logistics coordination, and documentation of regional processes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution aligned with defined event objectives.
  • Maintain event calendars, documentation, and operational playbooks.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination of event assets, including booth shipments, freight logistics, collateral, swag, signage, and hardware for both U.S. and international events.
  • Own inventory tracking and organization of event materials to ensure readiness and consistency with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, shipping partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Assist with post-event execution, including lead scrubbing, data hygiene, and coordination with Sales Operations.
  • Work with Sales to ensure accurate event notes, proper lead routing, and timely follow-up.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event operations
  • Proven experience managing event logistics, vendors, and timelines in execution-focused roles
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to support U.S. and international events across multiple time zones
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  • Experience in B2B tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments
