Job Description
Marketing Success Associate supporting client satisfaction, retention, reporting, and communications for Sri Lankan marketing company Bizycorp. Remote full-time role serving international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Success Manager in daily operations to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate follow-up tasks and monitor client progress
- Generate daily reports
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer needs and requirements
- Correspond with clients and their office staff via texts, emails, and calls
- Address client queries within strict deadlines
- Create slide decks, documents, and spreadsheets as needed
- Learn new software for audit and analytical purposes
- Extract information from clients' databases
- Create management reports
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills in spoken and written English
- Prior experience communicating with clients (foreign or local)
- Fundamental computer literacy
- Knowledge of Zoom and Google Docs/Spreadsheets applications
- Experience in complaint management
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar field
- Must work 8 hours per day during the specified Sri Lanka time shifts
- Must work additional hours when required
- Must be 100% committed to meeting deadlines
- Must be a permanent citizen of Sri Lanka or hold a valid work permit to work in Sri Lanka
- Must have a personal computer capable of handling work tasks
- Must be willing to install and use tools such as Zoom, Skype, and Slack
- Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace for an 8-hour shift
- Must have stable, high-speed internet
- Must have a secondary internet source for power outages
- Must accept the proposed gross salary of 90,000 LKR per month during the six-month probation
- Must be comfortable working the specified night shifts
- Mandatory video submission as part of the application
