Job Description
Field Sales Representative responsible for consultative sales and client relationship management for energy solutions. Focused on client acquisition and maintaining customer satisfaction in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct active prospecting of new customers in the field and by phone.
- Visit customers to present the company’s solutions, services and competitive advantages.
- Lead in-person meetings and assess customer needs to offer the best proposal.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and conduct negotiations.
- Perform active follow-up until closing.
- Participate in events, trade shows, relationship-building activities and external sales strategies.
- Keep the CRM updated with visits, negotiations and funnel stages.
- Monitor the customer portfolio and ensure a positive post-sale experience.
- Develop strategic partnerships in the region to increase customer acquisition.
- Report results, weekly plans and market analyses to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Availability for daily travel (car/motorcycle or public transportation available).
- Persuasive profile, organized and target-driven.
- Basic computer skills (for CRM use and reporting).
