Job Description

Field Service Engineer supporting customers through technical solutions in installation, maintenance, and repair. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer satisfaction in multi-vendor systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of systems solutions
  • Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
  • Proactively responds to potential equipment or software issues
  • Delivers fully integrated solutions including peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software
  • Serves as an internal resource on technical issues and manages product escalations

Requirements:

  • Post Secondary Degree or Diploma or equivalent within the science field
  • 2+ years experience with AA, ICP-OES, ICP-MS
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Experience with Agilent solutions is desired but not essential
  • Valid drivers license
  • Must be able to travel to the US for training
