Job Description
Field Service Engineer supporting customers through technical solutions in installation, maintenance, and repair. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer satisfaction in multi-vendor systems.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of systems solutions
- Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems
- Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
- Proactively responds to potential equipment or software issues
- Delivers fully integrated solutions including peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software
- Serves as an internal resource on technical issues and manages product escalations
Requirements:
- Post Secondary Degree or Diploma or equivalent within the science field
- 2+ years experience with AA, ICP-OES, ICP-MS
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
- Experience with Agilent solutions is desired but not essential
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to travel to the US for training
