Job Description

Field Service Engineer providing inspection, repair, and training for control and isolation valve products. Supporting clients in the Middle East, Caspian, and Turkey regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspection, overhaul / repair, training and field services support and troubleshooting capability on Celeros & third party control and isolation valve products
  • Execute the site support aspects of QOC Maintenance Best Practice in conjunction with Service / Aftermarket and OE Engineering Teams
  • Troubleshoot operating problems at site or remotely via telephone or other communication systems
  • Provide technical and product support to clients on the range of Celeros and non-Celeros Quick Opening Closures (QOCs)
  • Support / Conduct appropriate On-site inspection & repair of installed QOC product equipment to verify equipment performance and prepare summary reports
  • Be available to travel within and outside of the areas of employment at short notice
  • Provide training to end-user staff on how to correctly operate and maintain Celeros valve and QOC products
  • Support and preparation of RAMS and other service documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years post apprenticeship (or similar) experience in a similar role
  • Higher level technical qualification in an engineering subject i.e. HNC, Associate Degree, Master Craftsman's Certificate etc
  • Field service or workshop service exposure of legacy and current range of Closure products & associated equipment
  • Suitable training and qualifications to work in offshore environments and remote and hazardous areas would be beneficial
  • Full driving license
