Job Description

Field Service Technician as key customer contact resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction for a medical technology company. Requires technical troubleshooting and customer guidance in equipment use.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the key customer contact on technical and service related problems to achieve required product/service performance standards and total customer satisfaction
  • Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves technical/service issues
  • Instructs clients on proper usage and operation of equipment

Requirements:

  • Typically less than 1 year of experience
  • Little or no knowledge of the job, acquires job skills and procedures to complete routine tasks
  • Has little judgement and decision making under close supervision
