Job Description
Field Service Engineer responsible for servicing fire and life safety systems in the UK. Working with Honeywell's innovative solutions to maintain safety and systems efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including diagnoses and repairs faults on a variety of Honeywell and 3rd party equipment
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and provide prices for Small Works Quotes
- Prepare the drawings and application projects specifically for Small Works Quotes
- Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients whilst delivering a valuable and professional service
- Report possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Previous work experience servicing, Fire, Security or access entry and alarm systems
- Fault finding and troubleshooting skills along with programming skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with customers through the use of good communication skills.
- Previous Honeywell product knowledge such as GENT would be advantageous
- Valid full driving licence
