Job Description
Gas Service Engineer responsible for completing repairs and delivering training in the UK. Supporting sales and ensuring high-quality customer service on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Completing warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns
- Delivering product training to staff and customers
- Supporting the Sales Team in the development of sales in the UK
- Maintaining records of performance reports
- Delivering best in class Customer Service on-site in residential properties
Requirements:
- ACS Qualified gas engineer (CCN1 / CENWAT Mandatory)
- Able to demonstrate technical expertise gained through industry experience
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have a confident and adaptable work style
- Have excellent communication skills
- Ability to work closely with and develop relationships with clients
