Job Description
Field Service Technician servicing and repairing commercial appliances for Miele. Involves planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, and collaboration with various clients.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing and repairing the complete range of Professional appliances.
- Planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair and electrical safety testing.
- Developing and maintaining service plans for the product range.
- Exploring new business opportunities, i.e. service contracts, planned maintenance schedules.
- Responsible for the preparation of jobs, spares returns, vehicle maintenance, and essential administration.
Requirements:
- Experience in a technical role with good IT skills.
- Experience of working with commercial appliances.
- An understanding of customer service best practice.
- Self-motivated with excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.
- Experience with Medical CSSD equipment such as washer disinfectors and sterilisers would be of particular interest.
