Job Description

Field Service Technician supporting Philips’ Disease Management Solutions by troubleshooting and maintaining technology. Providing customer support onsite and remotely while delivering product training and installation.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation (new and upgrades) and service for DMS products
  • Deliver basic product introductions and non‑clinical training as required
  • Provide remote customer support using approved software tools

Requirements:

  • A.S. degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum two years of experience servicing electronic equipment in a customer‑facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new technologies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and PC‑based applications
  • Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
