Job Description
Field Service Engineer installing, training users on, and maintaining Agilent laboratory instruments in Beijing. Supporting customers across GC, LC, and GCMS systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform field installation, operational training, repair, and maintenance of Agilent products such as GC, LC, and GCMS, including hardware and software, in assigned regions
- Resolve customer issues promptly, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain good customer relationships
- Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to complete customer after-sales service and support projects
- Complete other work effectively according to company processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Science, or a related major
- More than 2 years of experience using GC, LC, or GCMS, or relevant after-sales repair experience
- In-depth understanding of instrument operating principles
- Strong hands-on ability and interest in analytical instruments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good English reading and writing ability
